Bookings

To book battlefield walks and out-of-hours or group visits to the Messines Museum:

The Tourist Office is open  from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 12 pm and from 1 pm to 5 pm. The museum is open at the same times or on appointment. Between Easter and Armistice Day it is also open on Sundays from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm. On Saturdays and on Sundays outside that period it is open only for groups on appointment.

  Individuals/groups less than 10:    €1.50/person
  Groups larger than 10:                     €0.75/person
• Walks
  Guided walk, minimum of five people, maximum of 20: €5.00/person
  (Larger groups will be divided into separate walks) 

The "In the Footsteps of the New Zealanders" battlefield walks at Messines can be booked for any date. The Messines, Zonnebeke and Ypres Tourist Offices can also assist with accommodation enquiries.

To book Passchendaele battlefield tours and group visits to the Memorial Museum Passchendaele 1917:

The Tourist Office at Zonnebeke and the Memorial Museum Passchendaele 1917 organise specialised battlefield tours in the Ypres Salient, Zonnebeke and Passchendaele areas. Groups are taken by expert guides through the Memorial Museum, Tyne Cot and other cemeteries, trenches, bunkers and other Great War sites in the Salient.

Prices

• Museum: Groups of 15 and more: €3 pp
• Underground advanced dressing station at Cryer Farm: €1 pp (guide booking required)
• Bayernwald trench system (groups of 15 or more): €1 pp
  
• Guide fees: A qualified guide costs €30 for the first hour and  €20 for each additional hour.  Half a day is €80, a full day €120. Bookings must be made at least 2 weeks in advance at:

The museum is closed in December and January. It is open daily for the rest of the year from 10 am to 6 pm.
